The person responsible for processing the data collected is the sole editor of this site, namely Mrs Isabelle BOUILLOUD, presented in the legal notices.

Article 1. Type of data collected

  • Data may be collected on this site when you fill in the contact form (surname, first name, e-mail address).
  • It may also be collected when you leave a comment. The data entered in the comment form (surname, first name, e-mail address) as well as your IP address and your browser’s user agent are collected to help us detect undesirable comments.
    An anonymized string created from your e-mail address (also known as a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you use it. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment has been validated, your profile photo will be publicly visible alongside your comment.
  • Data may also be collected when browsing the site, which uses the Matomo Analytics statistics tool to collect anonymous browsing information (IP address, number of visits, most viewed pages, sources of visits).
    Cookies are stored on your device for a maximum of 13 months.
    When using Matomo Analytics, cookies only collect anonymous data. For this reason, and in accordance with CNIL recommendations, visitor consent is not required.
    There is therefore no information message on cookies on the home page of the site.

Article 2. How is this data secured?

All data and information collected is held and controlled 100% by the publisher of this site.

It is stored on the secure servers of the web host whose contact details are given in the legal notice.

This site also has an SSL certificate (HTTPS browsing) and every possible measure is taken to ensure the security of the site and therefore of the data stored on it (use of a security plugin, complex passwords changed regularly).

Article 3. How is this data processed?

This data is never sold to third parties and is used exclusively for the purpose for which it was collected.

Data entered in comments are kept for the life of the site.

Lastly, data sent via the contact form are kept for one year, the time it takes to receive a reply and to keep a record of exchanges if necessary.

Article 4. Right of access and rectification

In accordance with the provisions of French law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and civil liberties, Internet users have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning them.
